Return Policy
Returns are processed at an Elra3y branch only after inspection and confirmation that the product remains in its original condition. The original receipt is required.
Important: Please try footwear only on a clean indoor surface. Items showing signs of wear or dirt may not qualify for exchange or return.

If you discover a defect when receiving your order, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the product.
